  • What if my order is lost or stolen?
    We understand how frustrating this is for everyone involved. Unfortunately, Rocket Boogie Co. cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Be sure to double-check the shipping address, and you may want to ask your neighbors if they received it by mistake. If it’s still missing, the best course of action is to file a report with your local post office.

  • My tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet!
    We know how concerning this can be! Sometimes our shipping partners mark packages as delivered prematurely. We recommend waiting a few extra days for the package to show up. If it doesn’t arrive after that, it may have been lost or stolen.

  • Why is international shipping more expensive than domestic?
    International shipping costs can vary, and to offer the best rates, we use carrier-calculated shipping based on your specific order details. This ensures you're getting the most accurate pricing.
